How does the free trial work?
Sign up and choose a plan. Starter gets 2 days, Growth gets 4 days, and Enterprise gets 6 days free trial. No credit card required. After the trial, if you're interested, you sign a service agreement and we send a manual invoice.
How do I pay?
We send a manual invoice via email. Pay via bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI), e-wallet, or international wire. No auto-debit, no recurring charges.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, contact us anytime. We prorate the difference and adjust your next invoice accordingly.
What happens if I don't pay on time?
We send 3 reminders over 14 days. After 14 days past due, services are suspended (not deleted). Pay the invoice to reactivate instantly. Data is retained for 30 days after suspension.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within the first 14 days if you're not satisfied. After 14 days, unused time is not refundable but can be credited to future invoices.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Annual payment gets 2 months free. Contact sales for annual invoice.
