Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of XessOne's platform and services. By signing up or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Account & Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering a contract. One account per entity. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
2. Services
XessOne provides managed cloud hosting, global node deployment, file storage, email hosting, managed databases, DNS management, and AI-powered tools as described at xessone.com/services.
3. Trial Period
New accounts receive a free trial (Starter: 2 days, Growth: 4 days, Enterprise: 6 days). No credit card required. After the trial, a digital service agreement must be signed before activation.
4. Billing & Payment
All payments are via manual invoice. No automatic charges or subscriptions. Invoices are issued monthly. Payment must be received within 14 days of invoice date.
5. Service Agreement
Upon trial completion, clients must sign a digital service agreement. Services are activated by our team after agreement is signed and verified.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services for illegal activities, spam, unauthorized access attempts, cryptocurrency mining, or any activity that degrades service for other clients.
7. Data & Backups
Daily automated backups are performed for all plans. You are responsible for maintaining your own copy of critical data. Backup retention varies by plan.
8. Uptime & SLA
We commit to the uptime levels described in our SLA. Service credits are issued for downtime exceeding committed levels. See xessone.com/sla for full details.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Services suspended for non-payment after 30 days. Data held for 14 days post-termination then deleted.
10. Limitation of Liability
XessOne's liability is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indonesian law. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia.
